EasySeal Matte is a premium, high-solids, water-based, acrylic polymer sealer especially formulated to protect and beautify exterior surfaces, leaving a satin-gloss sheen.
Concrete patios, exposed aggregate, terrazzo, brick, natural stone and more will benefit from this ultra-protective, low-odor, UV resistant (non-yellowing) exterior sealer.
EasySeal Matte is ready to use. Do not dilute. Application temperature above 40° & rising is recommended. As the porosity of exposed aggregate, brick, and other surfaces varies greatly, test panels should be made to determine the suitability of this product and the number of coats required to achieve the desired results. An application of EasySeal Matte will renovate existing concrete, brick or terrazzo floors. These surfaces will be brighter and easier to clean and maintain.
APPLICATION
New Concrete & Exposed Aggregate
Apply with a sprayer, or roller in a uniform thin film; spray apply for best results. Only one coat of EasySeal Matte is needed to cure, seal, beautify, and protect. For increased gloss, a second coat may be applied. Allow the first coat to thoroughly dry before the second coat is applied, typically 6 – 8 hours. Two thin coats will produce a better gloss than one heavy coat, especially on porous substrates.
Existing Concrete
Concrete surface must be clean, dry, and free of all stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings prior to application. On smooth, dense surfaces, best results can be achieved by lightly buffing and using a microfiber applicator. Apply in accordance with recommended coverage rates. Coverage may vary due to porosity and conditions of the concrete.
Old Concrete & Masonry
Remove any previously applied sealers, dust, dirt, tar, oil, etc. with pressure wash and biodegradable solvent and degreaser or use other appropriate measures to properly prepare the substrate. Membranes of any kind must be removed. Substrates must be dry and absorptive to allow penetration of the EasySeal Natural.

Shelf Life
Shelf life of EasySeal Matte in the original tightly closed containers is one years from the date of manufacture. Do not allow the accumulation of water, dirt or other contaminants. Do not allow to freeze.
